Employee access

Psychological support through your organisation

If your organisation works with Integria, you may have access to individual psychological support or other services included in the company programme.

You can check your access and see what your programme includes, without having to explain why you are looking for help.

How it works

  1. Enter the code you received from your organisation.
  2. Give a name, an email and a phone number, and confirm your email.
  3. See what your programme includes and how many sessions you have left.
  4. Choose a free slot and receive your confirmation.

You do not need to go through HR, and you do not need to tell anyone in the organisation that you have booked.

Use a personal email rather than your work address. Mail in a work inbox is visible to whoever administers the company's mail, whatever we do at our end.

What stays confidential

The content of your individual sessions is not provided to your employer. Integria does not give the organisation therapy notes, the subjects you discuss, or an individual psychological profile.

The organisation receives only what has been agreed in advance for administering and reporting on the programme — aggregate usage figures, for example. Where such reporting is provided, it is structured so that it does not identify an individual employee.

The service is confidential, not anonymous: the therapist you work with knows who you are. What is anonymous towards the employer is the reporting, not the therapy.

What your programme includes

The number of sessions included, the period and the services are set by your organisation's contract and can differ between programmes. Once you have checked your access, you see the terms of your own programme.

If you use all the sessions included, you will see what the options are — including whether you can continue as a private client. That is your decision, and the employer is not told that you continued.

Choosing a therapist

The choice is yours, among the practitioners and services included in your programme. Your employer does not decide who you see.

Questions people ask

Will my employer learn what I talk about?

No. The content of individual sessions is not provided to the employer. The administrative and aggregate reporting for your programme is set out separately.

Does the subject have to be work-related?

No.

Can I choose my own therapist?

Yes, among the practitioners and services included in your programme.

What happens when I have used all the included sessions?

You will see the options under your programme, including whether you can continue as a private client.

Can I use a personal email?

Yes, and we recommend it. A work address is not required — your access is proved by the code, not by your email.

What happens if I leave the company?

Corporate access may end, but your Integria account remains and is separate from the programme. Your appointments and your data are not deleted with the contract.

Integria is not an emergency service

The centre does not operate around the clock and does not provide out-of-hours crisis care. If there is immediate risk to life or health, call 112.
