* A therapeutic hour is 50 minutes. The last minutes are for closing, and the time after it is used by the therapist to record and think through what matters, straight after the session.

When we look for therapy

Sometimes the reason is specific — anxiety, panic attacks, difficulty in relationships, a separation, a loss, being overloaded, or an experience that keeps affecting life.

Other times there is no clear name for what is happening. There is a sense that something in life, in relationships, or in the way one feels about oneself no longer works the way it used to.

You do not need to know what to call it beforehand. That is where we can start.

Forms of work

Individual psychotherapy

An individual session is 50 minutes. Sessions are usually weekly, on an agreed day and time. You can change or cancel up to 24 hours before.

€60 per session

Therapy groups

We run different group formats. Depending on its purpose a group may be closed or open. There is a short preliminary conversation before you join. Groups run in Bulgarian.

Supervision

For psychotherapists — individual and group supervision, to examine the clinical work, the therapeutic process and the therapist's own position.

Support for organisations

We build programmes around what the organisation needs — individual psychological support, work with teams, and crisis response. Individual sessions are confidential; the organisation receives only agreed aggregate information.

For organisations

Confidential psychological support for employees

Employees of our partner organisations can get psychological support discreetly and under strict professional confidentiality.

Programmes can also be built around the organisation's particular needs, along with support in a crisis.

The organisation receives only agreed aggregate information, with nothing about the content of individual sessions.
