Accessibility statement
Someone looking for therapy is not always in a state to fight an interface. So this site is built to work with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and with enlarged text.
In force from 29 August 2026.
The standard we hold to
We aim at WCAG 2.1, level AA. This is a voluntary commitment — as a small business we are not obliged under the European Accessibility Act, but the standard is the only meaningful measure and we follow it.
What has been done
- The whole site works without a mouse. Every link, field and button is reachable with Tab, and the focus is clearly visible.
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page, so you do not go through the navigation each time.
- Meaningful structure. Headings run in order, every form field has its own label, and the page language is declared so a screen reader pronounces it correctly.
- No animation and no moving content. No carousels, no pop-ups, no auto-playing video, nothing that flashes.
- Text enlarges to 200% without content disappearing or the page scrolling sideways.
- Dark and light themes following your device setting.
- No tracking to slow the page or the screen reader down.
- Sessions show a start and an end — "15:00–15:50", not just the start, because "50 minutes" asks you to do arithmetic.
What is not right yet
This part matters as much as the one above. We know about the following:
- The photographs are not here yet. Placeholders stand in their place. When the real ones arrive, each will get a description.
- The staff area has not been through the same review as the public site.
- External pages. Payment happens on a Stripe page, whose accessibility is not in our control.
- There has been no independent audit. What is written here is our own assessment, not the finding of an external reviewer.
If something does not work for you
Write to office@integriacenter.com and describe what you were trying to do and on what device. We answer within 14 days.
If booking online does not work for you, write to us and we will book the session for you — it is a convenience, not the only way into therapy.
This statement was prepared on the basis of the team's own assessment and is updated whenever the site changes substantially. Last checked: 30 August 2026.
