Booking, changes and cancellation

How refunds are made
A refund goes back the way you paid and usually takes a few working days, depending on your bank. If you prefer, the amount can stay as credit towards a later session — say so when you cancel.
If your employer covers the sessions
The cancellation rules are the same, but what they mean financially depends on the organisation's contract — a late cancellation may, for instance, use up an included session. Where that applies to your programme, you will see it before you confirm.
Groups
Group programmes have their own terms — on attendance, on withdrawing after the start, and on payment. These are set out when a group is announced and discussed before it begins.
